    My hush pro byte only works when charging

    My hush pro byte plus which I bought from Amazon has a problem. It works only when charging. I even charged it for 10 hours but no luck. If I don't connect charger it does not turn on. Bluetooth and 24 GHZ doesn't work either. Help me....
