If you buy on Amkette.com you can buy with confidence. We have a “no objections” Return Policy. You don’t like the product, or there is a fault in it, no problem. Simply get in touch with Support and we’ll initiate the return and refund.

Just a few points to keep in mind:

You need to ensure that the product is returned in the same condition as you received it, with all accessories included.

After receiving the product we will inspect it and let you know.

If all is well, we will process the refund within 1 working day of us receiving the product.

In case something is missing we will inform you, and deduct the cost of the missing part from the refund amount.

It can take up to 12-15 days for the refund to be processed (though normally it is much faster). The refund is processed by our payment gateway to the original mode of payment.

If the return has been initiated in the event that there is NO DEFECT in the product, we will subtract a Service Charge of ₹75/- from the refunded amount.
