Important Guidelines
Before visiting an Amkette Care Center (ACC), it's recommended to get in touch with Amkette Customer Care for assistance with any product issues or technical support questions. You can also contact Customer Care for complaints, requests, or feedback through their website (https://www.amkette.com/support) or the contact page (https://www.amkette.com/walk-in-center).
The ACC provides support and warranty claims assistance, which are subject to the Amkette Warranty policy found here (https://www.amkette.com/support) or included with your product. If you need to visit an ACC, you can find a list of locations on this page (https://www.amkette.com/walk-in-center).
The ACC locations are open from Monday to Friday, 10.30-17.30 and Saturday, 10:00-13:30, except on official national and public holidays. Please note that ACC locations only provide Carry-In Exchange Support, which means you need to visit the ACC with the product invoice to receive support or warranty claims assistance. If you're unable to visit, you can courier your product with the invoice copy after contacting the respective ACC. However, advance replacements are not provided at ACC locations.
To receive support or assistance with warranty claims, you'll need to provide the following to the ACC location:
- Proof of Purchase in the form of a sales receipt or dated itemized receipt from an authorized Amkette Dealer or Reseller that shows a description of the product and its price.
- Personal details, such as name, address, and contact information.
- The Amkette product with all original parts and accessories included, including keyboard and mouse combo products.
If your Amkette product is deemed faulty and requires replacement, the ACC location will replace it at their sole discretion with either a new or refurbished product of equivalent or better functionality, according to the Amkette Warranty policy. Obsolete or discontinued products under warranty will be replaced with the same product if available, or a product of equivalent or better functionality. If neither is possible, a refund will be processed for the purchase amount.
If the warranty replacement product isn't available at the ACC location, you may need to return at a later time to collect it. The ACC location will provide information on when you can collect the replacement product. The replacement product will be opened and demonstrated by the ACC to ensure full functionality at the time of exchange. The replacement product is warranted for the remainder of the original product's warranty period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer.
